Our standard is to uphold absolute integrity in our dealings and our guide is the source of Truth. Song Three Four's model comes straight from the Word of God and our ultimate goal is to use the gifts God has given us to glorify His name.

1. The first step to the design process is to contact Song Three Four. This is the initial step in reserving your spot on our calendar. It is best to set up initial contact with us at least 3 months before your wedding day. Earlier is better, even when you plan to send out Save-the-Dates.

2. Once we hear from you we can set up a time for a consultation by phone or in person. During this consultation we can talk more about what you have in mind and discuss your options. If you want a custom design, we ask that you have a piece of inspiration: a photo, a piece of fabric, something from a magazine, ect. The more information the better!

3. After you approve the cost of the invites, we then will need a 50% non-refundable deposit (either by check or PayPal) to secure your place on the schedule. Although this deposit is not refundable in the case of a cancellation, it will be deducted off your final balance after final approval.

4. Once the deposit is received, the design process begins! As soon as you are ready you can submit the wording you would like to use. If you need help with your wording we are certainly able to help! If you want an engagement photo in your invitations, you can email us a digital file from your photographer or take your own photo. For professionally taken photos, we must have a reproduction release from your photographer.

5. An on-screen view will be prepared and emailed for you to review. At this time we can make any needed changes to the files.

6. When all corrections have been made, we will send you one more email proof. You will email us back with your digital approval. This works as your signature of approval.

7. Once final approval and remaining balance are received, production begins and you should have your invitation within 3 weeks.
