Terms and Conditions

Ordering.

Prior to beginning any work, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to be paid. The remaining balance is due prior to sending files to our printer. We will promptly order your invitations once payment is received in full. We only work with our partner printers, and do not allow files to be printed elsewhere. Four proofs are provided, additional proofs are $50 each. Orders shipped to client will have additional shipping charge.

Copyright Information.

All the wedding designs created by Song 3:4 Weddings are protected by United States copyright law. Song 3:4 Weddings holds all copyright of designs. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission from Song 3:4 Weddings. Song 3:4 Weddings does not claim copyright of any photographs used in designs. Please contact the original photographer/owner of photographs for reporduction release and provide to Song Three Four Weddings.

Refund/Return Policy.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the approved order is to the customers full satisfaction and has no flaws (spelling mistakes, alignment, centering etc) before the order goes to print. We do not accept returns of invitations and do not issue refunds, unless the fault lies in Song 3:4 Weddings. In the unlikely case a printing error does occur through no fault of the customer, a free re-print will be offered. Other reprints will be negotiated on a per order basis.

Privacy Policy.

Your privacy is of utmost concern to us. Song 3:4 Weddings is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information. We appreciate the sensitivity of your private information disclosed to us and pledge to treat it with the highest level of care. We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations.
